About Philip Anthony Broadbank
Philip is truly LOCAL! He has lived in the Starbeck and Knaresborough Road area for most of his life. He shares the issues and concerns local residents have because he lives here. Philip has represented our area as a councillor for many years.
He is experienced in the workings of local government. Philip is keen to campaign for the establishment of a new Harrogate town Council once Harrogate Borough Council is no more. Over the years he has been actively involved in many groups and organisations in the ward.
Philip wants to see better opportunities for young people in the area and greater encouragement to get them involved in local activities.
