About Andrew Graham Kempston-Parkes
Andrew is an experienced former councillor who works as a chartered surveyor. He has lived in Harrogate for nearly thirty years. He is married with two teenage boys. During the pandemic he volunteered at a homelessness charity and at a vaccination centre.
Andrew will fight against big new housing developments. All these new houses are bringing more congestion and pressure on local services. We need to protect our green fields. Andrew will work with the Police to continue to make Bilton and Woodfield safer places to be.
He will also make sure education and services for children are a top priority. The establishment of a new Harrogate Town Council is vital to ensure continued strong local representation of residents views to the County Council.
